Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day and typically ship within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hang It Perfect™ purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your Hang It Perfect™ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a defective product or an error on our part.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crescent Creative Products shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or property damage arising from or related to the use or misuse of the Hang It Perfect™ product.
Users are responsible for following all product instructions and exercising appropriate care when installing or hanging artwork or other items.
